Camping & Friends

Our Canada Day weekend was so much fun. We got to go camping at Josh and Kim's new house. The kids had a blast playing steal sticks with the Dads, Auntie Miah and all their cousins and friends.

The perfect end to a camp day, smore's over campfire

 Darcy as a rabid squirrel
 Ileigh truly enjoying her treat.
Wright's had some nifty stuff that changes the color of the fire. Hard to see in this picture.
 Big Graham crackers!
I love that no matter how long its been since we've seen each other, the kids are best friends right away. They all played really well together.

A really cute, but dirty camping face.
Gotta love the glow sticks. Thanks Auntie Kim.  (Kael making the inside of his mouth glow)

Time Out For Women

I got to go to Time Out For Women this year, and I loved it. I love that I have Sisters, and that I have a couple close by to play with and spend time with. I love you Rachel, and can honestly and whole heartedly say, I am glad you moved here. Thanks for spending a day and a half with me, I enjoyed it.

New Hammock

Hammocks at our house are better than candy, and get more use and love than any other toy at our house. Our last one died after much love and abuse, the kids were so sad. So thanks to Uncle Ben we are up and running again. this amazing hammock from Mexico is really big and strong. Our entire family can fit in it. And all that come to our house seem to enjoy it as much as we do. We love hammocks : )
 Our boys and friends.
Daddy and all his Girls. What a lucky man.
How he can relax with them all jumping on him I'm not sure, but I love it.

Fun

One of Lydia's friends had a themed Birthday party, and the girls had a blast. When we arrived to drop Lyd's off she immediately got giggly and excited. There was little twirlys lining the sidewalk, and silly strange direction signs at the door. the girls watched Alice in Wonderland, took pictures with the Cheshire cat, played lots of water games and eat lots of goodies. My kids have been to some pretty fun birthdays. I am sure I have really dropped the ball when it comes to amazing birthdays like these. Oh to be little again.

Great Teachers.

All of my kids were greatly blessed with wonderful teachers, but I have come to truly love and appreciate Mrs. Gunderson. Not only was she one of my most favorite teachers, but she has also taught four of my kids. I hope and pray that through my children's school years they continue to have Teachers as amazing and Loving as Mrs. Gunderson. Thank you to all the Amazing teachers out there whole truly love our kids, and love teaching them. We are grateful for you.

Story Time

While I was busy putting the other little ones to bed, my sweet Lydia was taking care of Edi. One of Edith's favorite things, Story's.

2013 Elementry Pow wow

I must admit that I never tire of a good pow wow. The music, and costumes. I love it all. Brother Heart got to be the Honored Elder this year and Our Elizabeth got to dance with the painted ponies group.
Elizabeth and her Teacher Mr. Zoetaman, both did a fantastic job of their dances they learned.
