The Igloo

Not sure why its so much more fun to go out for ice cream, but it is. The Igloo here in town is one of the kids favorites. probably because the have a whole lot of flavors and you get to watch them mix it up. Its always fun to treat you kids. Abby was so generous to share Jarom's ice cream with him.

Each of the kids had to try each others flavors,. this time we had Apricot, Chocolate, French vanilla, and coton candy. Apricot was definetly the best.

Tea Party

The Bullock Ladies have won a special place in the hearts of my kids, but especially with my girls. Something the bullocks are wonderful at is taking time to let you know you are important and they love you. A while ago Jill had the girls over for a fancy tea party and took them out swimming. Aunt Renae did her visiting teaching in the tree house while we played playdough with the little ones. They are a good reminder to me to always enjoy the simple little moments. always take time, and you'll never regret it. these are pictures of Lydia and Ellies tea party they had a couple of days ago with Aunt Renae and Jill (at our house this time). Lydia did all the decorations. What cute little girls I have!.

Misc events and milstones.

Kathryn's hair is always in her eyes or full of food if we don't keep it done at all times, and she's a little bit of a stinker when it comes to brushing in out. So we gave her bangs to keep it out of her eyes and food, but its a little hard to get rid of the brushing. I'm not really a fan of shaving little girls heads unnecessarily.

Before the bangs.

Our sweet Abby is almost 10 months. Last night she took her first step in the middle of the living room while holding a baby doll. I wasn't fast enough to catch it an camera but the whole family was there to witness and to cheer her on. Milestones are so much fun.

A witness to those who know Abby. She does smile at home with family.

So Jarom was helping me the other day by keeping the little ones busy while I was getting dinner. It was really cute listening to them play super heroes. I'm so glad that although Jarom is getting big and "cool" he's still not to cool to be little with his siblings. I love how my house is messy in every picture. Even the pictures are crocked. nice.

The Beach?

So We heard tell of a really nice beach with actual sand. However, we didn't find it, but after traveling an hour and a half the kids were excited to picnic and play so we found a dock with a rocky edge to add to our memories. We all had fun and enjoyed the outing. Reminded me of when I was little and fun times at Moon River. minus the sand of course. Auntie Miah and Kathryn.

Ellie was fascinated with all the different rocks.

Inseparable pair.

Auntie Miah and Abby.

Gabe wasn't to sure.

Almost all the dirty beach feet.

Warming up for a minute.
